Staff were friendly & welcoming. They explained the tests to my son before they did them. After his eye test the optometrist explained why it was important he wears his glasses & how this may help him the future.

Every member of staff I came into contact with was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their particular area. Have already recommended you and that person has booked an eye test to coincide with my next visit. Thank you During my appointment I first saw Rachel (sorry am not aware of her surname) she carried out initial tests, I then saw Claire Lovejoy. Again thank you to everyone. I have to return next Monday 12th June and look forward to seeing other members of staff

I found all the staff was nice and friendly and guided me through all the eye tests, the prices on new frames are good, there is a great selection to choose from, not sure how you can improve on a system that works well. DB &JT
